With an equal balance of play and rest, kids will learn how to slow down, breathe, and feel joyful! They will gain a better awareness of their bodies through yoga poses which focus on balance, strength and acceptance. Children will be invited to participate in yoga games, yoga songs, and yoga stories. And we always end with a craft or art project that reflects our theme of the month.
These classes are offered on Saturdays 11am - Noon once per month. Write them into your calendars! Register for the series or just drop in for $12.00 per child.
Parents are welcome to drop their little souls off, or ONE parent/guardian can stay and join with the class.
