Little Soul Kids Yoga Summer Camps

With an equal balance of play and rest, kids will learn how to slow down, breathe, and feel joyful! The children will gain a better awareness of their bodies and minds through yoga poses which focus on balance, strength and acceptance and mindfulness activities that teach self-awareness.
They will also make great friends and have fun creating and expressing though daily arts and crafts, playful imagination, songs and yoga games!
Kids will experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a positive and non-competitive atmosphere.

What we will learn:
- Yoga poses (asanas)
- Simple, yet effective mindfulness/breathing techniques
- Relaxation and guided visualizations. How to slow down and find calmness within!
- Connection, self-discovery, acceptance, trust
- Identification of emotions/regulation
- Healthy food and lifestyle choices
- …. and so much more along the way!
No previous yoga experience is necessary!
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm each day
What to bring:
Yoga mat (if you have one. We will have extras also). Water bottle and healthy snack.
